CALCTRA provides Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) bone-in chicken products, boneless chicken breasts, strips, and cubes. Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) products are sized to specific weight ranges to ensure uniform portions.

USDA Inspectors monitor all aspects of this operation daily to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
